▪ Process

From overpaying to optimized — in five steps.

A bounded, transparent engagement model. You stay in control at every gate. We earn the right to continue at every step. No long-term commitment until you decide we've earned it.

Most procurement engagements feel adversarial. Vendors push, buyers resist, and the contract that emerges is the result of attrition rather than alignment. We've designed our process to look nothing like that. Five steps, clearly bounded, with you in control at every gate.

01

Discovery

30-minute call. We learn your current state — existing contracts, pain points, growth plans, technical constraints. You learn how we work, what we charge (nothing), and whether we're actually a fit. Either side can walk at no cost.

What you bring: a recent invoice or two for the category in question, a rough sense of pain points, anyone on your team who needs to be in the loop.

What we deliver: a written summary of what we heard, a working hypothesis on where the leverage is, and a go/no-go recommendation on next step.

▸ Typical duration: 30 minutes
02

Sourcing

We canvas relevant suppliers from our portfolio. Not all 503 — only the ones that fit your category, geography, scale, and stated requirements. Typically 3-7 finalists. We never blast generic RFPs across the supplier base; that wastes everyone's time and produces low-quality quotes.

You don't manage this phase. We do. You're not on calls with suppliers. We are.

▸ Typical duration: 48-72 hours
03

Quoting

You receive a side-by-side comparison: cost, terms, fit, risk, and our honest assessment of which option we'd recommend and why. We don't just deliver numbers — we deliver context. Why this supplier won this comparison. What you're trading off if you pick the lower-cost option. Where the contract terms favor or disfavor you.

This is the moment most prospects realize how much they were leaving on the table. Sometimes the answer is "stay put and renegotiate" — that's also a legitimate outcome.

▸ Side-by-side delivered within 72 hours of discovery
04

Implementation

Once you've selected, we project-manage the rollout. Order coordination, install scheduling, number porting, change management with your team, escalation when carriers miss dates. You stay focused on running your business; we handle the carrier relationships.

Implementation duration depends on scope: a 5-line VoIP cutover is days. A multi-site SD-WAN deployment is months. We give you a realistic timeline, not a sales-driven one.

▸ Duration scales with project scope
05

Lifecycle

This is where we differ most from typical brokers. After the contract signs, most agents disappear. We don't. For the life of the contract, we are your single point of escalation — billing issues, outages, change requests, T&C disputes. You call us, we work the issue.

And 12-15 months before each contract renewal, we re-canvas the market on your behalf. The same independence we brought at the start applies at every renewal.

▸ Ongoing for the life of every contract sourced through us

What this process is not

  • It's not a sales pitch. If we think you should stay with your current supplier, we say so. We don't earn anything if you don't move.
  • It's not a one-time event. A "consultation" model that ends at signature is fundamentally misaligned. Lifecycle support is the model.
  • It's not exclusive. You can keep talking to other agents or your existing carrier rep. We're competing on outcomes.
  • It's not a black box. We show you the supplier comparisons in detail. We tell you who's offering what and why we ranked them the way we did.
